The Inverse Opera is enjoying its second full year of dynamic, creative programming - already gaining critical acclaim for its unique blend of elite classical artistry and casual, fun-loving warmth. 2011 was filled to the brim with cabarets, concerts and chamber performances. Additionally, TIO has happily performed as the Opera Company In-Residence for SecondStory Rep in Redmond Town Center for their 2011- 2012 season. In January of 2012, Inverse debuted at ACT Theatre in "Project 5" in collaboration with Seattle Dance Project.
TIO has another full slate of performances for the 2012 season, including continued gigs with longstanding cabaret partner Vino Bella, and newer venues such as El Diablo Coffee Company on Queen Anne, more performances at SecondStory Rep, and other cabaret venues throughout the region.
