Brian Kennedy has played reggae bass for more than 20 years, touring the United States, Japan, and Canada. Brian was leader of popular reggae band The Groove in the Seattle area during the 90's producing two CDs and performing over 150 concerts per year. Brian's strong dedication and love of reggae music is evident with every note he plays making Brian a highly sought after reggae bass player. Brian has performed reggae music for Governor Gary Locke, Governor Dan Evans; performed at many Northwest festivals including Bumbershoot; and entertained top corporations such as Microsoft and Adobe.

Etienne Cakpo - Master dancer and choreographer from Benin, is the director and lead choreographer and dancer of Gansango Music and Dance. Etienne has been building his repertoire of traditional and modern dance for over twenty years. In addition to conducting personal research to learn regional dances and musical traditions in his country, he has worked in remote areas of Benin with international ethnomusicologists, musicians and filmmakers. Etienne has performed with artists from many countries, including Haiti, Ivory Coast, Cameroon, Senegal, France, Mali and the United States. He currently directs Gansango Music & Dance based in Seattle. Etienne Cakpo CV(6-10)



Michael Gotz performs solo at Vino Bella regularly.
He has played a wide variety of styles all over the world.
Michael played guitar in the popular reggae/soca band The Groove with Brian Kennedy.
Michael and Etienne were members of the highly acclaimed Jazz Fusion band
