Fivash Cellars - Vintage 2010 Chardonnay - Walla Walla, Washington
Made from a single vineyard in the Walla Walla Valley, this wine has good minerality, with a touch of buttery mouth feel and is lightly oaked. It has pear fragrance, with flavors of citrus and pineapple, with a vanilla finish.

Six Hats – Shiraz 2009
The Six Hats brand is built around a concept that seeks to highlight the various roles and responsibilities that are assumed by all parties involved in progressive and equitable wine farming. Here, each hat stands for Partnership, Change, Potential, Equity, Dignity and Sustainability. Fair Trade Certified, this is a classic New World Shiraz with clean notes of peppery, jammy red / black berries and a dollop of cocoa on the finish. Juicy and forward, just easy to drink and more, a wine you can feel good about drinking! Pair with lamb dishes and pasta with rich tomato-y sauces.
Stephen Vincent - Merlot 2009
Our full-bodied Merlot is produced from Central Coast grapes 70% of which come specifically from the Monterey AVA. We use a balance of 95% Merlot to 5% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes to achieve bold plum and berry flavors that produce a long finish. A combination of French and American oak adds toasty complexity and just the right amount of soft tannins to enhance the structure of the wine.
